â— I hereby confirm, commit and acknowledge that the representative from Lobel Solar Power System had personally informed, educated and clarified all the terms & conditions and the entire process of PGVCL Solar Rooftop Policy to me and I hereby agreed all the terms & Conditions of PGVCL Solar Rooftop Policy 2020-21 to Install Rooftop Solar at my terrace.
â— I hereby also confirm and commit to provide and sign all the necessary documents for the process of installation and for the process for claiming the subsidy on behalf of me, as per the PGVCL Solar Rooftop 2020-21 Policy.
â— I hereby agree, confirm and commit that any expense or document required, If Any asked/amend by the PGVCL in the Solar Rooftop Policy 2020-21 will be extra and in fail to submit the document or pay the amount your order will be cancelled and in result, whatever the amount paid (Part/Full) by me will be forfeited.
â— I hereby agree, confirm, commit and acknowledge that I will be fully responsible for any loss or penalty incurred to M/s. Lobel Solar Power System due to delay in installation for delay in providing necessary documents or details or approvals or concern from my side for the submission of the application and in turn whatever the amount paid will be forfeited.
â— Provide required documents (self-attested) for registration and any other process up to 5 years.
◠Payment: 50% advance at the time placing order and balance before dispatch of the material. (Payment should be in the name of "LOBEL SOLAR POWER SYSTEM†Account pay only)
â— Registration Fees Payment @ Rs 590/- will be retained by DISCOM.
â— NET METERING charges will be retained by DISCOM (Rs. 3000 apx. for 1 Phase and Rs. 13500 apx. for 3 Phase)
â— Payment for Elevated Structure to be paid directly to fabricator.
â— Provide Shadow free area for installation of SPV Module and permission for structure fitting with fastening on the terrace and wall.
â— Approval from registered structural engineer for elevated structure along with certificate copy.
â— Provide Safe place with natural air ventilation for Inverter and other accessories within Shadow area.
â— Provide MCB/ELCB/MCCB after Meter and at outdoor side.
â— Provide safe space for Earthing with no internal pipes and any other obstructions inside the flooring or land.
â— Provide Internet Wi-Fi router or dedicated SIM Card with valid internet plan.
â— Provide Agreement on Rs. 300 non-judicial stamp with GUVNL or Concern DISCOM and where ever it is required as per government rules & regulations.
â— Inform company at the time of meter installation by DISCOM.
â— Cleaning and maintaining of SPV Modules & System for better generation of electricity.
â— Inform to company when any problem occurs in the system.
